1.主要从事病原真菌黄曲霉致病性及黄曲霉毒素合成相关基因的功能研究,筛选关键的靶基因,为黄曲霉及黄曲霉毒素的早期防控奠定理论基础。
2.探究新型食品添加剂对黄曲霉致病性和黄曲霉毒素合成的作用机制,为食品中黄曲霉及黄曲霉毒素污染的防控探索新的方向。
